At Bruichladdich Distillery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our distillery team with your order number and details of the issue to initiate your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the bottles are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location for tracked shipment back to Islay.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5 business days.
